I come from a police family and I love the police, but trying to add a serial number for a weapon that was stolen from my home was an absolute nightmare today. It took me 5 different calls with at least 1 transfer on all of them going back and forth saying the opposite people im being transferred between should be able to do it. Very rough experience for a time sensitive situation.

I've lived in Maplewood for over 30 years and have required services from the Maplewood Police Dept on several occasions. Each time they've been prompt, courteous, friendly, and thorough. I'm proud to have them as my hometown PD!

Great officers, quick response, and wonderful administrative staff that were very patient with all my questions and took the time to explain the steps I needed to take to file a report. Thank you all for your dedication and hard work!

Friends got a ticket for parking in front of my home. With how bad the roads are there should be no punishment for parking anywhere. Not sure how there was a victim other than my friends.

They were helpful the couple times I have needed their help. Place is easy to find and has a huge parking lot.
