Very friendly and professional. I wanted to see if I could get more life out of my furnace filters. We discussed how the furnace was working. I told him that it was working just fine, but the filters were getting plugged more frequently than I thought they should. He looked at my vents and recommended that I get them cleaned. He also determined that he was going to reduce the the fan speed to see if that might help., so he replaced the filter and asked me to monitor how long it took until the filter needed changing. Very polite and helpful!
Dan provided excellent service on our furnace and toilet. Mike checked out our furnace for winter and gave us important, clear information about ongoing maintenance. Both servicepeople handled our noisy dogs with kindness and tolerance, as well. Jeff U demonstrated patience and professionalism as he installed a 220V circuit under less-than-ideal conditions.nnKrinkie's has come through for us every time. We appreciate you!
Install new water heater.
Pa allowed me to explain the problem I was having with my furnace and arranged a time to a technician to meet with me at my home to make the repair. Mike had great familiarity with the furnace and replaced with heat sensor which was a part under warranty. My furnace is working perfectly again. the person performing the service was punctual, did the work correctly and in a timely manner, very good value, was careful to take the proper precautions due to COVID. Made suggestions for items that will need to be addressed in the future.
