After getting a few quotes to replace my home's main shutoff valve and add a second one as backup, I hired Mitch with Good Guys and I'm glad I did.nHe communicated clearly and responded to questions promptly. Mitch was awesome, I wish could give him more than 5 stars, he went above and beyond my expectations. And made sure it was all correct and done the right way even though it was a pain in the butt removal and install. We appreciate all the effort and attention to detail from him. Thank you so much.
Mitch was great! He was able to be there the next morning after I called and got a new water heater installed after mine was leaking. He gave me a quote over the phone and when the job was done, it was not a penny more. He walked me through how to clean my water heater and get the maximum life out of it. No mess leftover after he was done!
Mitch was very responsive and easy to work with! He showed up on time and was upfront with the work involved and the pricing to do it. Our project ended up being a little more involved then it initially seemed but Mitch did not sweat it and kept me updated throughout. Will for sure use Good Guys Plumbing for my next plumbing project.
Mitch was fantastic, I can’t recommend him enough! I called when I was having an emergency with some leaking water through the ceiling, and he showed up quickly. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing and was pricing was very good. He even helped me deal with another plumbing company, which was more than he had to do! I’ll definitely be recommending him to others and using him for all our plumbing needs.
