Al and Connor (I think), came and tuned up an air exchanger at my place this morning. Very great job. They were both very professional and courteous. Al did a really fantastic job of explaining how to maintain the system and how exactly he needed to dial it in, so it would keep appropriate pressures within my home. Would work with these two again!!!! Thanks guys!
We got a same day appointment when our pipes froze that could have easily cost us thousands if we had to wait. Our service person Jesse helped prevent damages and later when we booked him for another repair he provided great advice and prompt repair work for a super reasonable rate. Highly recommended!!!
The home warranty company sent Metro to check a problem with water dripping from above our gas fireplace. After quickly ruling out an issue with the direct vent, Charlie found an exterior leak in the false chimney. While it was not something he could repair, Charlie went the extra mile in explaining the issue to the home warranty representative so that they could dispatch the right contractor. Couldn't ask for more. Very much appreciated!
We had a nightmare of a laundry room in our new house, along with some pipes that just flat leaked into the utility/laundry room. Mitch came out and fixed the leaks quickly. We then set about planning a move of the laundry room into an adjacent empty tiled floor room. I had several doubts but Mitch kept me positive with his attitude. He listened to what I wanted and made some great suggestions. He came up with a reasonable estimate for the job within 48 hours and now I have a really great new laundry room.nnI will have zero hesitation calling Metro for anything in the future.
