Metro Heating & Cooling was able to give me an honest and inclusive bid on my A/C and water heater replacement. I felt they understood exactly what I wanted and gave me quotes with options with extremely reasonable pricing.nThey were able to schedule me in a short time ... even faster than I had anticipated.nThe installation crew were polite, timely, fast, answered all of my questions (before, during, and after the installation), left the workspace clean. They did a great job!!!nI am totally switching to Metro for all of my heating & cooling needs.

These days it’s unfortunately hard to find good customer service and fair prices. Well this week I found even more when I called “Metro Heating and Cooling” from the flyer I received to upgrade my water heater. From the receptionist to Micah, in sales, to Mike the Tech that came out and installed it, I am still amazed!!! The price was the best around, and it was installed and running in 24 hours after confirming the purchase. Mike, was so impressive! He was knowledgeable, fast, and even solved a problem with my exhaust piping in minutes!! He also installed gas shut off valves my gas company asked me to do. Mike worked above and beyond and he did it quickly and efficiently. Guys, this company is “THE REAL DEAL”.

Metro Heating & Cooling came out to install a new furnace and ac for us when our furnace went out this spring. Eric was able to come out to give us a timely quote, he also held an install spot for us to ensure that we weren't left without heat for too long. Al, Tyler & Ryan came to do the install and worked with me to find another option for the energy efficient furnace venting, as I preferred not to have it vent out to the front of the house. They were able to route the venting out to the side of the house instead. We are vary happy with the work that they did.

We had Metro Heating and Coming replace our boiler. We priced 3 companies. Metro was the cheapest for the same product. Eric, the salesman, was also very honest with us about thermostats and shared information the other companies didn't. We were able to get an appointment for install within 2 weeks of calling. The two installers, Michael and Michael, were very professional, timely, and helpful. We'd recommend Metro Heating & Cooling to our friends!

We’ve used Metro for years for the annual furnace service/inspection. This year during inspection our 19 yr old unit was red tagged. Even though it was less than ideal news, that day John from Metro provided great communication and transitioned us to staff (Ray and Micah) who gave us our options and next steps re: replacement. Josh and Philip arrived on time and did a great job installing a new unit 7 days later. Highly recommend.
