Hanson's has consistently provided prompt, efficient maintenance and repair of our HVAC and plumbing systems. Recently I was very disappointed when my 9 year old on demand water heater that is only in use seasonally began leaking and had to be replaced as repair parts were no longer available. I made an after-hours call to Hanson's which was answered and the next day Robert arrived to diagnose the problem and later called to inform me a repair could not be made. A new water heater was efficiently installed by Charlie, My disappointment with the lack of longevity of the original water heater is lessened by the very responsive service and quality of the replacement water heater.

During the very cold, sub-zero weather, no one was at the house for a couple of weeks. And a slow drip from one of the flappers in the secondary bathroom caused an ice wall in the sewer pipe for the east end of the house. Hanson's came out and very quickly diagnosed the problem, and within half hour the problem was solved.nI have always been very happy with the service provided by Hanson's plumbing and heating
