We went with Marty Ringham as our real estate agent as a recommendation from a good friend of ours. From beginning to end he was outstanding. He kept in constant communication with us, gave us helpful suggestions for improvements in preparation for our building inspector's visit, and was extremely knowledgeable and thorough regarding the housing market in our area. His guidance and advice proved invaluable, and we had an irresistible, above asking price offernwithin 24 hours of our listing going public. We were extremely pleased with his attention to detail and professional advice and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the central Minnesota area.

We call this place Shadyside Realty. They are the most unprofessional realtors I've ever had to deal with. This one-star rating is too generous. STEER CLEAR!!
