I have been a client of theirs for 6 years now and I have never had any issues with their services. Customer service has been pleasent and had answers to all my questions and took care of any issues promptly. I'm not sure what these other people are complaining about but I have never in my life nor anyone else that I recommended to premiere have any complaints and have informed me of absolute satisfactory. Thank you for 6 years of awesome service, it has made my life and the life of others a lot easier.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Renting with Oman Properties has been a total joke and a circus. They made me pay for 4 days in which I didn’t even live in the apartment because the guy was always too busy to have it ready for me to move in. Eric was always too busy to have anything ready for me and I did not love in until the 19th of the month but paid rent from the 15 on. The contract says 19th as well. When I finally got to move in there were repairs that had to be made to the place, I knew that, but it seems like Eric didn’t have it done either. I have probably paid for 4 months of rent and until today, none of the repairs have been made. I have a leaking bathtub faucet, a clogged sink, an unaligned door, leaking AC, and the dishwashing sink had rust all over it, but thankfully, that was fixed. Overall this has been a frustrating experience with how much incompetence these “employees” have. Makes me feel like an idiot every time I go deposit the next rent. I DO NOT RECOMMEND OMAN PROPERTIES. TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!
