This man is a head case. Absolutely do not rent from him ever, I would suggest living in a box or shed before EVER renting from this individual. My boyfriend did for two years and he is the pettiest individual I have ever met. You can tell he does not truly care about his tenants.

Greg Taylor. Is a terrible person. Not to mention his crappy business. He takes the past and puts them in front of people trying to get a home even when they are homeless. And the last doesn't even matter anymore because it wasn't even because of how we treated the place before. It was because of a person. Who's not even in our lives anymore. Would not recommend. Very rude. Do NOT rent from Greg Taylor.

This guy Greg is an uneducated idiot!! He should not be allowed to run any business. He sends out the rudest, most unprofessional letters to his tenants. I only wish this post would allow pictures to show first hand what his renters go through. I for one cannot wait until my child’s lease is up so I can get her out of this place! I would not recommend anyone rent from this company! Very unprofessional and he makes racist comments about Spanish and Native individuals. Doors falling off walls, the apartment was filthy when they moved in although his hand typed lease states that even behind the appliances must be cleaned or there is a charge. Trust me and find somewhere else to live. You will be greatly sorry if you don’t!!
