We are very disapointed in the experience we are having now. Our 20 year old college student rented an old 1 bedroom apt from them. She has never been late with her rent - they said she was but she proved them wrong. She keeps the place very clean. They gave her an eviction notice and will not tell us why. She has asked and we have called and they have been rude and wont talk to us at all. The apartment was a mess before she got there, they did clean it up - but it's very old - no updating, etc. We are also landlords so we know all the things that happen and we have never treated anyone like they have. Our daughter wants to know why and they wont tell anyone. She has a boyfriend from Kenya - (college graduate) - are they discriminating?
