Our car wash was not good but I called the number for the facility and left a message at 8:30 pm. Paul returned my call immediately and expressed concern about our visit. He asked if we were still near by and asked if we could go back through. We were across the street still so we went back, I called him when we drove up and he sent us through again and tried to fix it on his end. The wash was not successful but he told us he would send a technician out the next day and said our next car wash was free. I appreciated his customer service and would go back because of it.
It was quick and semi efficient. I think I'm just spoiled from using the no touch car washes. It sort of got the job done and got most of the salt off. However I drive a tiny subcompact and it knocked my side mirror backwards. I've never had that happen so it was weird but definitely fold your mirrors in if you can.
Convenient location but doesn't typically get my car clean in the automated wash. Used the manual wash this time but the brush wasn't working properly. The soap never came out. Waste of money and no attendant on duty to report problems to.
I could do better with a weekend worrier pressure washer with out soap will never go back waste of money
Don’t waste your time. You’d be better off vacuuming your car with a household vacuum cleaner. Only 2 out of 5 vacuums were operational and both of them are so week they need to be put out of service.
