Firehouse Flats Gang Ridden! Very Dangerous! No Security!nLived here for 3 years. Gang members reside in many rental units. Police are here daily. Temporary Manager here only 3 days a week. Currently no maintenance person. Absolutely no Security. Apartment next door was busted for narcotics. I am in fear of my life after being threatened by gang members. I will be moving asap.

My family and I lived at Kesteral Meadows in North Branch. When we first moved in management was here almost daily and when she wasn't mattinance was. Recently management moved over to the office in Cambridge full time, cops not only cruse through daily (or more) they are almost always here for a domestic call, drugs or something else. They are getting two stars as the townhomes in NB are decent size and location to the 35. Not to mention we pay some of the highest rent out of everyone that lives here. Being in an income based development has really screwed us from getting established more out here. (Yes I know we probably should have checked places out better but a year ago when we moved in we were in our friends basement because we have just moved to MN from NY and this was the first avalible place.)

I wouldn't live in any of their locations for more than a year, even if you pay your rent on time and cause no issues they'll still jack your rent up.
