We enjoyed our time at the Mist, however upon move out they falsified thousands of dollars of damages. We moved into an apartment with damaged carpets and floors and were charged for them under the guise that our dogs damaged them. A lie that they continue to push.nnThe place is lovely, some of the staff is lovely, but others are bent on just gouging their residents if they move out. Move in, never move out and you will be fine.

John and I moved from our home of 39 years in Deephaven on August 10, 2020. The very first night we slept here, it felt like home. We love our one level living, heated garage, but most of all the friendly atmosphere at The Mist. The seasonal decorations are not only festive, but I feel like the Gabbert's designer came here. But, best idea the staff has done is setting up winter clothes, non-perishable food and toys drives to help the local community.nWay to go- Barbie jo, Tim, Suzan & Antonio

Living by the lake is great, amazing views with a beautiful path right behind the building. The staff is wonderful, lease went smooth (

Excellent apartment with incredibly clean common areas. Heated underground parking is essential for MN. The monthly happy hours are always a good time! And the best thing is you can hop on a boat from two different ends of the lake and walk to area restaurants and bars!

I could not have found a more perfect home, “The Mist”, Barbie, Sue, Tim, Antonio have been there for me since I applied. My neighbors and the people I have been in contact with are very pleasant. The building is so well cared for, it’s a delight to be living here.
