We moved here in October of 2019 from California. We moved onto the third floor and have since relocated to the bottom floor. (We have two small children so this was the best move for us). The manager Dani has went above and beyond in making sure we are comfortable and all our needs are taken care of. Any problem that comes up has been handled promptly and with a smile. And we love Nate! He’s always so professional and courteous and you can really tell he cares about his job and making people happy. Overall we have been very happy here and that’s highly due to the staff!

I have been living in Wayzata Lake Apartments for almost 2 years now and am very pleased with the efforts made to ensure a safe and pleasant living experience. Though it’s an older building that can, at times, come with issues — they are always addressed in a timely and friendly manner, taken care of fully. I genuinely appreciate the efforts and attentiveness of our building manager Dani for making my living situations accommodating and enjoyable.

I've been a resident at Wayzata Lake Apartments for over 5 years now.nI have found the management and staff to be very friendly and approachable. They are always willing to help with any Maintenance/Economic issues that arise from time to time.nnI would recommend Wayzata Lake Apartments to anyone seeking a great place to call home.nnSincerely, Chuck H.

Highly recommend living here! The staff was always so great and accommodating. Never had an issue with maintenance and always fixed issues in a timely manner. All apartments are in great locations too!

I have lived here for 8 months now and I have no complaints. Staff is friendly. I submitted a work order and it was handled quickly (within a day of being submitted) and professionally. Location is close to alot of activities and is the best price for the location at the time. As of yet, I would highly recommend rent here!
