We decided that 2021 was the year to buy our first home, during a competitive sellers market of all times! Blake was recommended to us by our mortgage lender. In this kind of market, you need someone who knows how to be competitive and will get you into the homes you want to see quickly. He also had our best interest in mind, though, and gave easy to understand advice about not over-bidding and how to look for anything that might be costly down the line. He was patient, wasn't pushy, and very good at teaching us what we needed to know. As first-time inexperienced home buyers, he's also helped us schedule inspections and repairs! We will only be using Blake Halverson for selling or buying any future homes. He has provided years of service to myself and my family. There's no one better than Blake. He was our real estate agent when we bought our home four years ago, and he was exceptional. We had all sorts of questions as first-time home buyers, and he was able to expertly guide us through them all.nnOne of the many great things about Blake is that he never makes you feel pressured. He was honest about everything he saw in a prospective home, and he never tried to push you in an uncomfortable direction. It really felt like he was on your team. He truly wants you to find the best house for you.nnA few weeks ago, he reached out to us out of the blue asking if we were interested in refinancing given the current low interest rates. That was something my wife and I had been talking about, but we weren't quite sure how to get started. Getting his surprise text message that day was fantastic, and it was just another example of how he's really looking out for you. He connected us with right people to move a refinancing forward, and we just closed on that process today. In doing so, we knocked our monthly payment down a bit and dropped six years off the mortgage.nnBlake was here for us when we bought our home and when we refinanced, and I know he'll be our agent should we ever want to move again. Buying a home is a challenging process. Do yourself a favor and make it a lot easier by working with Blake.

Blake was a referral from a friend's referral and I wasn't sure what to expect. Boy was I blown away! He was such a pleasure to work with. I appreciated his flexibility, honestly and just genuine kindness. The buying process was bittersweet, although we are so happy we found our perfect home, I'll definitely miss working with Blake. I recommend him to anyone that is on the hunt to buy a new home! You will not regret it.
