These are good people. Karen has been responsive and really shows she cares about our family. Would recommend them to anyone.nnRuss, the maintenance person, is a pretty fun guy too and has always been super respectful when we see him.nnA good business run by good people.

I loved my apartment here! It was quiet and affordable. The building is older but I never had any issues. I only had to call maintenance for a small fix on a cabinet once and they promptly fixed it. The apartment manager Karen was very nice and easy to get a hold of. Great location close to downtown Wayzata too!

We have not received our refund check after moving out in April and despite many requests. Please contact Tom or myself to explain why this has not been sent. We are very frustrated.

Wayzata Bay Realty has quality people in the organization. I especially have appreciated Karen's positive demeanor and quick responses to any issues I've had. The one thing keeping them from the 5th star is the outdated payment method of sending checks to pay rent. Other than that I was always pleased with the work and responses from maintenence and the buildings I lived in were very safe, despite not being an unsecured building. The community at Wayzata Terrace Apartments was friendly and kind with most people being super neighborly. Unless they put a bag over my head and rob me on my way out, I was extremely pleased with my experience and would recommend them to my friends.

Its the winter, its below freezing - they won't fix my mothers heat. We've had to call the police, file a police report and are going to code enforcement for this.
