First and foremost he picks up the phone when you call and if he doesn’t you can be assured he will call you back in a timely manner. He is willing to take time out of his day to give advice over the phone that is far beyond basic trouble shooting. He also takes time while out on service calls to educate the home owner on how to fix a current problem and avoid future ones. He does all of this with a smile on his face and at a fair price. I woke Gary up at 6 am on a Sunday. He not only took my emergency water softener call, he showed up at my house an hour later and got my water working so we could make it through the day. He wouldn’t even accept payment! The next day, he spent 5 hours to actually fix and reinstall a new softener (that was badly needed). Now we have crystal clear water! Wonderful experience. Thank you for helping us on your day off.

I live on Lake Sarah, and the water is pretty bad here. Rusty, smelly and so forth. But, over time our water pressure has become unbearable. If there are two faucets going, one of them was reduced to a trickle if there was any at all. And if there was only the shower going, the water pressure was ridiculously bad. I had heard about Gary at Tonka Water Conditioning from friends, so I called him.nnHe was super quick to respond, and told me he would come out on Tuesday. He did, and called 20 minutes before he came. What he found was unreal. Our pipes were so clogged with rust and minerals that the pipe was only carrying water through an opening the size of a small pencil in width! He ordered the two systems he needed that were appropriate for our water quality and the size of our home. He cleaned and replaced pipe that was too small with pipe that was appropriately sized. Then, he got the system functioning and usable for the 4th of July holiday, then said he would be back to install the systems on Friday. He came out Friday morning, and called 20 minutes before he came. By noon, the water was flowing beautifully and I could turn on every shower and faucet in the house and have great water pressure at every single one! AND, the water quality was WAY better!!nnI think we were afraid to call because we were afraid of what we would find when we dug into the issue. But, we were on the edge of a problem far more serious if we didn't call TWC when we did. I am SO GLAD we called him...I just wish I had done it sooner!nnRemove review
