Want to give a quick shout out to Chris (I believe I have got the name correct...apologize if not) from the subway store at Rockford road. I had a case of an apparent double order where the online website said my cart was invalid/expired after making a payment. However it went ahead and placed my order. Unaware of this, I placed another order for the same. I realized this when I went to the store for the pickup. However, Chris (who I believe is the supervisor) assured me to call him of Subway customer service did not help.nKudos to Chris for helping me solve this without giving the run around.nnAt the same time, I realize that Subway has a lot to improve in it's website experience.na) Basic order notifications are not sent out. Who in this day and age does not send email notifications. Apparently only subwaynb) Have a customer service that can help people. Had it not be for Chris, I would have abandoned a franchise that does keep customers at it's forefront.nc) Please audit you application for errors experiences. If I have to rate the experience based on this particular online order experience, I will give it 0 stars.

Really nice employees here, great customer service. While the sandwich is important, I believe great customer service is just as important. I was in and out quickly but felt like I was treated very well. I will be back when I'm in the area

Extremely efficient and cautious in these trying times. The line was out the door but they had 3 people working and I was in and out in under 5 minutes. During a lunch rush. Very impressive. And my sandwich was fresh and tasty.

Everything seems to be fine, but there are some staff that needs to observe but still good customer service!!

It sure was a subway. Dunno what else to say about it. They make you sandwiches.
