Authoritarians, never buy from this store every again and neither will my family
The absolute best customer service experience I’ve had, At any restaurant I can think of. No kidding. Jim, I appreciate your time and attitude. Absolutely marvelous.
I went to the counter and asked do you have gluten free bread at this location. She said yes. I said are you sure she said yes. She instructed the young trainee to take the wheat bread from the same area as the bread with gluten out to serve me. I explained to her that is not gluten free and she insisted the wheat bread was. This store needs to be educated on what this is or it could get someone very sick. Also this woman had a person with disabilities working for her in the store she was very rude to him. If you do not have time to train or address situations correctly then maybe not have a person with special needs there during lunch rush. Will never go here again .
I ordered a 12 inch BLT on 9/18/19. About 1/2 hour after eating the sandwich, I got serious food poisoning. I won't go in to graphic detail, but the worst food poisoning I've ever had.
