The General Manager, the owner and the techs not only know their business inside and out, they are amazing and good people.nI had an out-of-the-ordinary need for some impossible to find parts. Every other company I contacted dismissed me or would not even respond. But Caroline, the General Manager of Worldwide Gaming took a tremendous amount of time to help me and had her techs custom make parts by cannibalizing separate kits and building the parts I needed. For a company this big, this was a very small order but I was treated like a VIP from start to finish. Along the way, Caroline, the owner, Bradley Hansen and the techs could not have been more pleasantand professional. And the product they created works perfectly!nAnyone in the market for gaming machines or parts should start with Worldwide Gaming and they will need not look any further.
