Chrissy was my real estate agent through Legacy Home Group. She helped me find the house I now own. I closed on my house on September 20, 2018. When I had the inspection done before closing, the furnace did not work. The purchase agreement that myself and the seller signed before closing stated “Seller is to have professional HVAC contractor service furnace and verify it is in proper working order prior to closing”. I verified before closing that the furnace was working again, and was never informed about any other issues with it, so I assumed all was well. On October 14, 2018 my furnace quit working again. I had a technician come out the same day and had to have the transformer replaced. The technician pointed out multiple other issues that he said should be fixed ASAP, and he was shocked that I was never informed of the issues before closing. He quoted an amount of $2,589.00 to get the issues fixed.nMy purchase agreement was not met, and I have been trying to reach out to Chrissy and Erica at Legacy Home Group for 9 weeks now to get some help resolving this. I have received very little response or correspondence since I closed on my house, and have not been able to make any progress on getting this fixed.nI am hoping by writing this review I can help someone avoid this from happening to them too.

I would give this company an negative star if I could! I had Erica as my agent and she was nothing but impossible to work with. She hardly ever returned my calls or gave me the service that was promised. I ended up waiting out my contract (since she wouldn't cancel it) and I ended up using someone else. This cost me lots of wasted time and money. Lesson learned and the mistake of using her will never happen again.
