These people are rude. they're nothing but ignorant people at this Menards. I will never patronize this chain of stores again in my life. There are other places that like money better
Helpful employee's and nice looking store that had what I needed.
I went in to buy door locks and was immediately assisted by an associate named Randall. He was very helpful answering my questions about the different kinds of locks. What was really fantastic was he asked if I would need more copies of keys for the locks and assisted me with this as well. When I picked up my keys, he also suggested that if I needed any more copies, that there was a key cutter conveniently in the store and pointed it out to me. Awesome job Menards MG!
Associates everywhere, yet no assistance to be found. Other customers assisted me and my daughter, as no associates were of any help.
I had received two bad gallon of paint - it had the consistency of water - so I called the store, spoke to a manager and explained the problem. She had me bring the paint back to the store and mixed new paint for me from a different brand to make sure I wouldn't have the same problem going forward. Great customer service!!
