David assisted in the sale of my parents’ home after they unexpectedly passed and was sincere and compassionate, managing nearly all aspects of the sale so my siblings and I could focus on family and healing. The home sold quickly, reducing the stress and burden the home could have had on the family during an already challenging time. David was responsive, empathetic and a pleasure to work with, taking time to understand our priorities, preferences, and motivations, yet knowing when to challenge when our questions and potential decisions were based on emotion rather than current industry trends.

My husband and I worked with David to buy and sell our first home, and purchase our current one. (He sold our home in a week for 10k above asking, and graciously included us in the conversation about listing price.) Throughout each process, David was down-to-earth and attentive. He was relaxed and honest, even with our hard-to-find criteria, which took stress and pressure out of the experience. On multiple occasions, David went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We are thankful to be putting the finishing touches on our home that David helped us find!

I worked with David twice. Once for buying my home and then 3 years later to sell it. David went truly above and beyond for both buying and selling. Especially when I was later selling it. There's no way I could of got as much as I did without his ideas and help to get it all done. Trust me it was a true battle. He totally earned his commission. Trust me on that!!
