Eric is my best realtor!!!nnThis is the second home that I bought and work with Eric. He is caring, laid back and follow up throughout the buying process. If there is any obstacle along the way, he will help me removing it. For example, there was some slowness on loan process and closing day is the next day. He will help communicate with the loan officer right away and find a solution that help my closing to be on time.nnAfter buying the condo this time, there was some issues with the facet. It s leaking. He went an extra mile and help me replace my bathroom facet although this is not his responsibility but he stepped in and helped me.nnHis negotiations skill is awesome!!! This time I bought the condo and it is a bit above my planned budget. He negotiates with the seller side and be able to reduce the cost of closing and assessment. Total it save me $15k. I m so happy.nnHe goes above and beyond to help me. For sure, I will go back to Eric with more home buying and selling. I would highly recommend him as your realtor.

Eris is the BEST! We were so fortunate that he was referrred to us.nHe helped us with selling our townhouse which we ended up getting more than the asking price. It sold in just a couple of days. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.nEric also helped us with purchasing our new home which was new construction. He helped us navigate through all of the details and was extremely knowledgeable. He has 19 years of experience and it definitely shows! He really knows the real estate business inside and out. Eric answered all of our questions and took the time to really listen to us. If we needed anything he was there throughout the whole process helping us to make informed decisions.
