My wife and I worked with Chad as first-time homebuyers and we could not be more pleased or impressed. Looking to buy a home in the Twin Cities in the $250,000-$300,000 range, Chad's extensive background with construction and renovation proved indispensable. As we pondered fixer-uppers, he was able to knowledgeably guide us through the costs and benefits. He has an eye for detail and he is very open and approachable. He patiently and carefully fielded each of our questions as well he guided us through the process from start to finish, which is much appreciated for a couple of novices. We simply cannot recommend him highly enough.
