VERY happy with our experience so far! Fantastic staff. My son transferred in mid point last year, and his teacher went over and above to make sure he fit in and made friends. He rated that teacher is his all-time favorite teacher. He now looks forward to going to school again. They have advanced programs, so the gifted don't get bored in class.
I'm now a 7th grader at McGuire Middle school, but I went here from K-5 grades (all of them), some of the teachers/ staff are pretty mean, but some are also pretty nice. They can do fun things here, and they make the work fun. They usually treat you good.
Omg, I was just thinking of this school and had to look it up. Awesome memories! Glad to see it's still there. I attended in the early 70's . They distributed red t-shirts that read (J)ust (F)riendly (K)ids.
Best school ever!! I would never want a new one! I’m in fifth grade at JFK elementary school and I have sooo many friends. There is drama and fight but you have the principal and guidance councilor that usually makes it all better! All teacher are nice! Some have some times where they are upset but we all have those days! If u have kids let them go to JFK! I bet u a million dollars they will love it!
The BEST elementary school ever! I had a lot of anxiety when I was younger and they helped me so much and I can never repay them for that. I loved everyone of my teachers! But I will never forget Mr. Carlson and Mrs. Borglund. :)
