AMAZING SERVICE. The employee understood exactly what I wanted, like he could read my mind. Proud of Subway. Place was clean and food was fresher than fresh. Shout out to the employee working in the morning on Black Friday 2020!!!. He is the best

No lines, friendly greeting from employee at the counter. Counters and floor were clean and uncluttered. The other employee was checking food temps - big plus. However...... the employee who greeted us was not wearing a mask OR a face shield OR a restaurant-worker’s mini spit guard OR a beard covering (ok, I don’t care so much about that last one, but others do.) A homemade sign at the door regarding COVID-19 rules and the HIPPA Act was legally inaccurate, and welcomed unmasked customers to enter the store. All this left me with the impression that the store employees and/or owners had no intention of trying to support COVID guidelines.

You have an employee at this location that is terribly rude. The only person I've never tipped in my life.nnI walked in, I'm the only customer. No eye contact, no greeting. He makes his way over to me and proceeds to just stare at me. I was ordering multiple sandwiches and he gave me no indication of when he was ready to hear what I wanted. I had to lead the whole thing as if he was my responsibility. He moves terribly slow, and speaks very quietly. He made it extremely known I was bothering him. Another customer walks in, and he as well was given no greeting, or any indication that the employee knew he was there.nnIf the employee recently came from another subway location, I know exactly which one. Where I witnessed his rudeness for the first time with an elderly lady who couldn't hear him and he refused to speak up so she could hear him. This employee is deeply troubled, and I will not return until I know he is no longer employed.nnAs someone who works in customer service herself, I am very understanding of bad days and just not being in the mood, but this was over the top rude and inexcusable.
