Great tasting sandwiches but they seem to forgotten to add meat in one of my sandwich. Also I guess I didn't need any napkins, I could just wipe my hands on my pant leg.
We love Mike's. This one by our house in apple valley is new and convenient. Seems busy but does need to get better with production. They also have slower service than the eagan location but I chalk that up to being new. All and all some messed up orders but still friendly service and they work hard to get it right. Get the number 8!
Door Dash left half my order at the shop. The guys working tonight, 11/30, were absolutely wonderful and did their best to make it right for me. It wasn’t their fault but they helped me out. Great customer service. Give these guys a raise!
This location is hit or miss. Either they are pleasant and acknowledge you or they ignore you and talk to each other about their dismay over this that or the other thing. Not the best customer service and unfortunately this location is closer to my house than Eagan.
This location is right next to work and I order all the time, unfortunately the last couple weeks me order is either missing something or it’s wrong. Either a hit or a miss here lately and ehhh decent customer service.
