Ace Hardware & Paint Apple Valley is fantastic! The team went way out of their way to help us with an issue with our smoker and resolved the same day. They even worked with another store (Lakeville) to get the issue resolved. Forget the big box stores and support Ace Apple Valley; you will be happy you did as the customer service is absolutely phenomenal! Great selection of product too as I was able to find items here that I had not been able to source at other stores. Thanks again Apple Valley Ace!
I was in this Ace Hardware today because I needed to get my two free bags of bird food that were missed when I was there yesterday. The bags were on sale for buy one, get one free. When I purchased them I thought they were the same price, but didn't realize they were different later in the evening after I got home and looked at the receipt. I debated about returning to the Apple Valley store to obtain the two bags that were missed. I explained to the very nice man who checked my receipt and he took me at my word and handed over two bags that were missed yesterday. This will be my go-to store even though I live in St. Paul and they're located in Apple Valley. THANK YOU SO MUCH for putting your trust in me. Your professionalism is fantastic. This place has saved me a couple times now. Incredibly friendly staff, very knowledgeable, super great place to buy from. Makes me wonder why people go to the big places when little places like this exist. I can't remember the name of the two gentlemen that helped me find an item, but they were great. Gal at the register was insanely friendly too. Need more people like them. I think their name was Zoe? Either way thanks for the help again.
I've always enjoyed how Ace feels more family owned. Being a franchise instead of a huge corporation makes Ace feel that way and much less chaotic. Have never had any problems at Ace and the staff at this location are always great!
I love shopping at Ace Hardware Apple Valley because I get GREAT service. The associates are so knowledgeable and can answer questions for my DIY projects. This store reminds me of my small-town Arkansas hardware store where they treat you like good neighbors.
