Pheasant Crest Townhomes

Do not rent from this place. They look nice but everything falls apart you touch it. They will never come fix your maintenance issues and they will try to screw you out of money anyway possible. They have had 4 landlords in 6 months time. Nobody watches there kids there and nobody enforces the rules. Better off renting renting from someone else in town.

The photos make the place look nice, but make sure you take before and after picture of EVERYTHING in your unit. When we moved in we found grime on our counters, a dead fly, and more requiring us to clean it. The landlord at the time was extremely lazy, our rental unit closet doors had holes, and many scratches upon moving in. We were fixing their doors since the screws from the hinges were coming out (1/4 inch screws in the hinges, replaced with 1/2 inch screws and our doors held up a lot better)nPros: Looks nice, semi decent neighborhood, Gas furnace, A/C and the electric bill wasn't bad at all. Garbage every week, recycling every other week, lawn care is outsourced but impeccable.nCons: Management is almost non-existent, customer service is a joke, maintenance makes cheap and shoddy repairs (just enough to make it functional), If you put in a maintenance request keep pestering them until they show up. The playground in the back is dingy and falling apart, you pay for laundry ($1 for a wash, $1 for a dry) - Be prepared to dry your clothes twice.

Nice neighborhood, management was great when you could get ahold of them...which wasn't often.
