My biggest mistake was in not getting before and after pictures.nnI just bought my first house and the previous owners had a large dog and children.nnThe carpets are pretty packed down but I'm pretty sure these carpets were never cleaned. Now they've got some volume to them and it was like watching a mr. Clean magic eraser as they put that buffer to the carpet.nnOne of the spare rooms had these questionable dark stains. Could have been soda, could have been smeared animal waste, i don't know, but when i peeked back there after they'd left i was positively floored.nnI picked these guys based on their reviews, and i love supporting the small businesses. If there's one thing I've learned, a person is more likely to leave a negative review than a positive one and this job deserves that 5 star rating.nnThey were fast, efficient, and pleasant to talk to.nnWill definitely use, and recommend, these guys in the future. I can't say enough great things about this guy's work. He has saved my son's carpet from hydrologic fluid and Chipotle red salsa. A day later, there was absolutely no sign of the stains left behind. Plus he didn't use harsh chemicals and it dries within a few hours. At this point, I don't call anyone else for carpet care.

Carlson Cleaning did an amazing job on our carpets before listing our house for sale! They did such a great job we also hired them to clean the carpets at our new house before we moved in. Dave came over to look at the damaged carpet with a real estate agent and myself as I'm going to be selling. The carpet had been damaged by cats and boys! He was extremely professional and caring about what he could or could not do and we were completely surprised by the outcome. He kept in contact in regards to making sure the smell was gone and the carpets were dry and even went back on his own to double check. The price was very amenable and we are thoroughly happy with his timeliness and product quality! Thank you Dave!
