Long wait, Came in today on Friday to see if my daughter get her haircut To the ladies were sweeping the place was empty, And I asked her if my daughter get a haircut and she's like no book today but the place is empty not one client in theren. I would not go to this place I think there just lazy and want to earn the money

As someone who previously worked for this business I have first hand experience in the lack of cleanliness, and ability to follow mandates put in place to keep clients safe. Very poorly managed. Owner never has a clue what’s going on, and changes rules and regulations daily. Save yourself the less than desirable services, you get what you pay for.nnEdit: Since leaving this review one of the stylists (Jenn) reached out to harass me about leaving an honest review. Lack of professionalism and an embarrassment to the company.

Sylist didn't try and have a conversation with myself, only answered when asked a question, thinned outer layer of hair which should never be done and asked for layers and could hardly tell

When I call for an appointment, I always ask for Jen. She knows exactly how to cut my hair, and I'm always happy with the results.

Best value, quick service, friendly staff, convenient location and hours are all reasons I have been getting my haircut by Jen at Cost Cutters for 4 years.
