I went to Hair & Body works for my first facial, and Calla was AMAZING. She talked me through all of my options for treating my combination/acne prone skin and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I was able to feel extremely confident in my choice as she explained step-by-step what treatments and products she was using and WHY she was using them specifically for me. I also received a brow wax and tint that exceeded my expectations. Calla is exceptional, and I can't wait to go back for my future appointments! (The shoulder massage that comes with every facial is an added bonus!)
