I was clueless when it came to buying a house I seen one that I really liked got a hold of tadd and he set everything up we went and looked at it I loved it and I put an offer in. TADD did a great job with getting a hold of me when anything was going on in the process of buying the house he helped me every step of the way and did alot of work and I appreciate everything he did I recommend him to everyone I know looking to buy a house

Tadd is a great agent. When I first started this process, I knew nothing at all! Having Tadd as my agent made it as easy as 1 2 3. It was 2:00 in the morning when I was on the internet looking for houses, when I found a decent looking house and clicked the button to view the house. It was only a couple minutes later when Tadd emailed me back. At 2:00 in the morning! If that already doesn't show dedication, I don't know what will. So then that weekend I was already off viewing houses. It wasn't to long after that until I found my dream house. He got it all started and he did all of the negotiating. By the way, Tadd is a really good negotiator, too. I got a great deal. A week down the road or so we found out the water was bad. But Tadd explained everything to me very thoroughly, so I did not have to worry one bit. I was also 100% sure Tadd was doing everything he could possibly do to ensure that the closing date wouldn't be moved back any more than it had to be. After that, before I knew it I was in the title office getting the title. He even helped me understand every paper I was signing. Overall, Tadd is very communicative, trustworthy, dedicated, assertive when needed, and consistent. Nothing would ever pass him and if there was a problem he never stopped until it was solved. So, I would definitely recommend Tadd to everyone because he helped me so much through the process, which was just above and beyond what I would have expected.
