North Bay

North bay townhomes are great quality. When we moved in everything looked like a newly built home. Staff was great, and they were very receptive to anything we needed. I can’t say enough good things about them. But SNOW REMOVAL. Wow. It couldn’t of been any worse. There were 3 weeks at a time where the streets throughout the complex weren’t touched. While this isn’t directly the fault of North Bay they were constantly apologizing and making excuses for the short comings of the plow company that they hired. If this complex was in any other state than MN it would get five stars.

I have lived at North Bay for a over a year now and love it! Coming from an EXTREMELY noisy apartment, soundproofing was my number one priority in finding another place to live. Seeing how the North Bay townhomes are constructed wall to wall, I was a bit skeptical at first but decided to take Nancy's word that the homes are well constructed and I'm so glad I did! The soundproofing is amazing, I never hear my neighbors unless they are opening their garage, it's been such a great change feeling like I have my own space back!nnWe also love the trails around here, the neighborhood is lively and beautiful! One of our favorite activities is taking a short walk over to the residental beach in the evening and walking the trials along the lake, it's so peaceful. This truly is a great place to live!nnMy only complaint would be that in the winter, the lack of plowing can cause a lot of snow and ice to build up and this can become hazardous. But other than that, this place is perfect.

Great quality town homes, super sound proof. Any maintenance request has been addressed within 24 hours. Staff is amazing! Also very great price for what you get.

This is 2019. Almost every human being owns a pet. This is a valid review. Places like this need to lift that rule. Otherwise you are just going to have thousands of people just click and leave.

Been here four years or so, and it has been great. Susan and the rest of North Bay managers are excellent, very attentive to the grounds, and any problems I’ve had(which haven’t been many at all) have been responded to right away.nnSound proofing between units must be excellent quality, because I’ve never heard anyone next door. Sometimes I forget people live right next to me.nnThe people around here seem to be quiet and professional. Never had any problems with anyone around here.nnThe internet trunking into Comcast seems to be good here too, so that’s always nice.
