We took the leap and went with Kal at Real Estate Corners. Selling a home on your own is a bit scary, but Kal was great at answering questions promptly and professionally. I would recommend his service to anyone. We have little experience in real estate and was able to sell in a day $20k over asking price. We will never use a traditional real estate agent again!

We sold our home in one day using Real Estate Corners and with the help of Khalid, selling for thousands over the list price. With such a sellers’ market at this time, we didn’t see the need to pay 6% to have an agent post it in the MLS when Real Estate Corners charged $299. (We did offer the 2.5% to the buyer’s agent.). This saved us over $15,000. I did have questions while filling out forms and Khalid was immediately responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend using Real Estate Corners.

Kal at Real Estate Corners helped us save thousands on our house sale. He responded quickly to email and phone inquiries, quickly had our home listed on the MLS, and was available to provide documents throughout the process. He even helped edit the photos to place on the MLS, saving us a lot of time. You have nothing to lose by trying FSBO through Real Estate Corners. Highly recommended!
