I would highly recommend Joe Worrells to anyone. He is a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. Everytime we went to view a property Joe walked me through the house pointing out his concerns and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, and appliances. Once I found a house I liked we had to act quick as there were multiple offers and Joe helped guide me through the offering process. He gave me his opinion as far as how high to go, closing costs, etc. Joe made the process easy, fun, and his expertise is what got me a house that I am in love with! Again, I would highly recommend Joe to anyone in search for their home.

Joe was amazing to work with. He not only helped us sell our current home, but purchase a new home. The inventory for homes was very low and he was always one step ahead and would find homes for us to look at despite the inventory. Covid also made the process much more difficult but Joe was always on top of the precautions and made us feel safe looking at houses and also people coming into our home. The end result was a home that was exactly what we were looking for. Joe is passionate about his work and it shows through his dedication in making sure we found exactly what we were looking for!

Joe is the best of the best! As first time home buyers, he sat down with us from the very beginning to walk us through everything and how things worked. From there his availability to help us tour homes, make phone calls, search for places and more was amazing. I highly recommend Joe as your realtor!
