MGR Remodel

I was in need of a single tube of color-matched silicone for my Onyx shower surround. I had little luck with other nearby official Onyx distributors, since it was a very small order. Tim and the MGR Remodel team were great and had no qualms giving their attention to this small matter. They placed my order and fulfilled my need promptly at a fair price. MGR did a remodel of our bathroom, and we were very pleased. As in most remodels/construction, there were a few little hiccups, but any issues were handled immediately and with professionalism. Tim is very personable and is very good at communicating with his client. We love our new bathroom!

I was matched with MGR Remodel on HomeAdvisor for a kitchen remodel on 9/16/2019. The owner, Tim, contacted me by phone twice and left me a voicemail. I appreciated the initiative he took to contact me, but I waited until my day off and called him back on 9/24 to schedule an estimate. We scheduled an appointment for 10/2. Tim was prompt for our appointment and seemed to be someone who we would work well with! Tim stated it would be a few weeks to receive an estimate. We decided to wait to hear from Tim because I thought he understood my vision better then other contractors we had spoken with. Three weeks past with no estimate or contact of any kind. I called Tim and left him a voicemail on 10/24. Today is 11/04 and we have still not heard anything back. I'm assuming that he is not interested in the job, which is fine, but I wish he would have just told us in the first place. Now we've wasted a month of our time and are back at square one with finding a contractor.
