Used to be better the people are running it must not be around someone else owns it it needs work to bring it up like it used to be a lot of work

Very clean place very reasonable to wash there

Never to return u have a problem there's no one there no phone numbers so no refunds what a way to screw people outta there money

I very much like Tidal Wave Laundromats' Dollar-Wash Days; however, they need to bring back the constant laundromat attendant policy. The laundromats were cleaner, because the vents were always clean the dryers were effective, the out-of-order machines were fixed sooner, and you could get help with problems right away if you needed assistance with a machine or with a restroom issue. Also, my mom is allergic to cigarette smoke and ecig sidestream vapor, and without the constant attendant, she has no authority to make vapers vape outside. She has strong allergic reactions; so, this is a real problem!!! We need the laundromat attendants back, now!!!
