Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Missy is awesome! I receive so many compliments about the way my hair looks!

I love Fantastic Sams. From the wide array of hair products to the friendly and knowledgeable staff, they are hands down my favorite place to go when I’m in need of some hair treatment. However, my last experience was less than stellar. I needed a trim, so I scheduled w the first available hairdresser. They are all great, so no issues right? WRONG! I had Kelly. She was definitely the worst hairdresser I’ve ever worked with. From the check in to my car, where I was on a phone call for TWO MINUTES, she stormed out and rudely asked me to come inside because I was “late”— TWO MINUTES. In her words “I have someone right after you, I can’t waste their time” which implies my time isn’t valuable. On the way in, she didn’t even hold the door. During the haircut, her mannerisms and tone were very rude and made me uncomfortable. My hair turned out nice, but her attitude made me very uneasy. She also lectured me on how my “hair is dry and damaged and I don’t take care of it”. Someone needs to chat with her about her customer service personality and make some changes in employment. However, my friend had an opposite experience w Heather. Heather was kind, talkative, bubbly, and a pleasure to have work on her hair. I don’t know how two polar opposites are employed under the same roof. Moral of the story: DONT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO KELLY. Heather is much better and is actually nice. I only tipped Kelly out of moral obligation. Heather received a tip from the heart. Thanks for reading this, make wise appointments and stay away from Kelly.

The workers around were extremely loud but the lady who did my haircut was very nice and I love my haircut

I have never had this type of service! I absolutely loved Brittany! I went in to get a cut and color but because i got bored during the lock down, I tried box dye. NEVER AGAIN!! Unfortunately, I wasn't able to dye my hair but we did do a super cute hair cut, totally out of my comfort zone but it turned out amazing! Absolutely love them!

My daughter and I absolutely love this location. Very fun knowledgeable stylist. Lindsey is one of our favorites. She has always gone over and beyond for us. I can’t say enough good things about this location. We don’t trust our hair to anyone else.
