Tu Nails

I will never go anywhere else for services. They are the best at what they do. You feel welcome anytime you call and walk in the door. Mike is very warm and welcoming and will answer any questions and will accommodate and make whatever you need work. I had a pedicure by Lisa and she was one of the best pedicures I have ever had. Very clean and comfortable. I feel like they go above and beyond compliance too. Great place. Thank you!

Want a place that can actually do designs well and doesn't make you feel bad about wanted something a little extra? Go here! I have been here twice now and had great experiences both times. This past time, I got dip nails with two different colors and gorgeous snowflake designs. I have gotten so many compliments on them! Best place I have ever been.

I have been going to TU Nails for 15 years and have had standing appointments with Luci for the past 14 years. When Luci is on vacation I see one of the other nail technicians, I have always had excellent service. Mike and the nail technicians are always pleasant and professional.nLuci has also done my mother and mother in law's manicures and pedicures, my father in law also had pedicures and he thought the world of Ivy. The nail technicians were always respectful and extremely conscientious of caring for elderly nails. They have since died but I can tell you all three of them loved their outings to Tu Nails and I never had to worry about the service they would receive.nSince COVID and the increase precautions required, I have never hesitated in returning to get my nails done. The salon is always clean and precautions are adhered to.

I am very happy with my experience with Traci at Tu Nails. She was very efficient and did a high quality job with my manicure and dip polish!!

If I could give a zero I would, I was visiting from out of town, walked in to see if they could help me with a single nail fix, the owner gave me an expected time to wait. Walked out to inform my friend and went back in to hear them trash talking me for not having an appointment. They then realized I overheard, and all laughed... customers included. The owner accidentally called me “Sir” in the beginning (I clearly look like a female) and then another worker proceeded to make a joke to a fellow customer about it later when I clearly was listening. I paid and tipped and left in tears. If they would have said they were too busy to help me without an appointment, I would have happily walked away and been okay. Never have been more uncomfortable in my life. Not kind people and extremely unprofessional.
