Food has been consistently pretty good here and a young lady working counter today was very pleasant and polite.
3 out of 4 employees working the late lunch shift were wearing their masks around their chins while handling food. Other than that the staff is all perfectly polite and attentive.
We order 4 large sandwiches from here and picked them up right before they closed. When we got back home we realized 2 of the sandwiched were only halves so we were missing 2 halves. The next day my mom called to let them know we didn't get everything we paid for (over $40 btw). The girl she spoke with put her on hold for a long time and came back to say there was nothing she could. We should have called it in the same day. My mom explained they were closed by the time we got out food home and realized some was missing. Not to mention the night we picked the food it took over 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone to take our order, only to get up there are see 2 girls standing around on their cell phones. Wont be going here anymore. Penn Station to too expensive for bad service!
Very clean and nice, just slightly slow
Not trying to be picky but if I order food and have it on Uber eats, and then it's delivered to my house wrong, what's the point? Asked for no onions and I get onions. This is at every penny station my order is wrong. How many times are you going to give me a free sandwich because I ask for something and you guys always make it wrong. I'll take my business somewhere else.
