I don't really go anywhere else for my equipment or hardware needs unless they don't have what I need. This small family owned business goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. They treat you like family and do their best to accommodate your needs. If they don't have it, they know where to send you to get it.
Always friendly and helpful, this is truly one of the last few hardware stores where you can go, be know, instantly helped and don't feel rushed. They can answer technical questions about a variety of topics with an impressive breath of knowledge. If you want the true feel for how this nearly bygone era of service feels then check them out for yourself. Same can be said about the rest of the Phelps Hardware stores. Excellent service, excellent quality, no exceptions. Thanks for being great.
Nice older hardware store. Got exactly what i was looking for and did not need to go to the big box store! Always a bonus for me.nnAlso! They have very nice firewood.nIt is all cut to the same length and every piece was split. No round tree limbs! It is sold by the 1/2 or full rick. I got the 1/2 rick. See pic.
The entire team is awesome, very helpful, and they even answered the phone after service hours. Thank you for your committmeng to providing support to people trying to survive. Very much appreciated, would reccomend to anyone, pay a little more and get the knowledge and support you cant pay for!
This review is to discount the 1 star review from Jeff. So glad this buisness is taking the pandemic seriously and requires masks. Keep on doing great! Also, I have bought wood from here multiple times and it is a pleasure.
