Old machines.nInstructions said White for Hot water. When selected - uses warm/warm.nInstructions tells that you can have for 25 extra cents extended wash and 2 extra rinses. Takes money and the whole cycle is 33 min.nComplete rip off.
Today was the worst experience I have ever had at any washeteria. The older African American lady is usually always rude however today she argued with me about a dryer “only staff” is suppose to use because supposedly it doesn’t work properly and they give no refunds if it doesn’t work. However being a customer for a year solid I know that is the best working dryer there. She argued very ugly with me and told me that I could go somewhere else if I didn’t like it and she didn’t care if they lost my business I spend 40-50$ every week here .. never again . She is the most disgusting distrespectful human being I’ve ever met and she should not hold a position to deal with customers Ever. Her attitude is trash.
Attendant in building the whole time I was there. Good signs to help navigate or ask attendant. Coin machine, soap to buy. Clean, windows open to busy street. Free soap on Thursdays.
I went there Thursday about 11:00am and there was the rudest woman working. She was rude from the time I walked in. NEVER again will I go therenThey got the one star because there was a nice man working that came over and gave me a bottle of water.
Very friendly, helpful employee. New owner is very sweet and kind. The place is much cleaner than it was a couple of years ago. I go out of my way to wash my comforters here!
