Had a family member go here and had a terrible experience. She dropped off some cloths and picked them up. Prior to her checking the cloths her CC got charged. Once she looked at her items she realized that one jacket was dirty. The employee REFUSED to give her her money back. When she spoke to the owner her threatened to call the POLICE!!! I mean who does that. Who threatens their customers with the police?!! I would give this place zero stars if I could!!!

The owners changed, and so did their service. Just a couple months before, they probably had the worst service I ever encountered, but after trusting my guts, I decided to go one more time. I was surprised to see that the cleaners were cleaner, and the service went from 1 star to 5. Amazing experience. I reccommend!!
