Paid $21 for their best wash package and only got 3/4 of my truck washed. Was told maintenance had been called but I still had to go home and wash the back of my truck. Someone should have told people the wash needed repairs.
Tore off my wiper blades but ! Some of it was caused by turning on wiper while the brush was spinning over my windshield . but i wanted to make sure the brush cleaned under my wipers . no big deal they found my blades and i put them back on . and it accommodates a lot of services .
Terrible!! Do not go here. Certainly do not buy a membership. $35 a month and it’s always breaking down and closing. Always. The other reviews are spot on. I have not been here yet when all of the equipment is working. I am canceling my membership first chance I get. This is by far the worst car wash I have been to in Louisville.
Didn't wash car very well..paid for the works $17.00 tires didn't get dressed with shiny solutions...and bottom of the car on both sides where missed, still dirty
