Was my first visit to this location and it was great! Ronda did an awesome job and was very cool to talk with. I’ll definitely be back and thanks a ton!

My wife had a very poor experience today. She was so upset that she was in tears over how she was treated by a certain stylist.nnMy wife was asked how she wanted her hair done and the stylist wouldn’t let my wife even finish her answers. She would ‘talk over’ my wife when she responded. Even at one point, my wife was even ‘shushed’. This was extremely rude and very unprofessional. My wife kept her cool, but was livid. After the stylist started to cut her hair, she then tried some small talk. But not to be friendly I wager, but to try and gauge my wife’s anger level. Because I’m sure she realized that she must have upset my wife. I say this because when my wife answered the questions, there was absolutely no follow up questions or comments. Just silence until the next intermittent question. The stylist even asked her to “scoot down” in her chair. Which alone isn’t a big deal but it just at seemed unnecessary. My wife is 5’ 4”and has NEVER been asked to do this in her thirty somethingnyears of getting her hair cut on her own.nnOh yeah ... to top it off, the stylist did not cut my wife’s hair correctly!!! And my wife new it was not right, but she needed to get out of there before she lost her cool. Wow.nnWhat’s really sad is my wife didn’t express her dissatisfaction with her because she felt like the stylist might get even more rude, therefore pushing my wife into the red zone. Then it would have gotten really ugly. Also....and a really sad reality....the stylist was of a different racial group. And with all of the ridiculousness that is currently going on, this would turn into a ‘race’ thing.

Service has recently decreased significantly. Used to come here for my haircuts, but now I will be finding a new place to go. Good thing there are other options just across the street.

Arianne (I apologize if I spelled that wrong) was such a sweetheart, and cut my hair perfectly. She checked with me about the length and cut every step of the way, and was really easy to talk to. I'll definitely be going back.

While I was in the middle of getting my haircut I noticed that the hairdresser had her mask on half way down so basically she was breathing all over me. I will not go back to this shop ever again
