I recently attended this location for a pickup orde rfor a business meeting my debit card was not returned after I placed order it is odd that the terminal does not work for for you to input your own card info. I returned minutes later where I was informed by cashier that she returned it& When I phoned for a Manager to be notified I was informed no one was available to address my complaint.Nevertheless my Identity was compromised card was used at several nearby locations using over $150 before suspicious activity was caught. This is a lesson well learn to use money only. Shady Business. I will never patronize again

Wait an hour and a half. A day old chicken. Mix with fresh chicken. The legs and thighs 10 for $7 not sure about the price but it was a good special but the chicken was old

I placed my order at 6:08 pm it wasn’t ready until 6:54 pm get home and my chicken and okra is missing come back at 7:11 and here it is 8:04 and still waiting on them to give me my missing food. They have not offered anything to compensate me for the time wasted and when I asked for a refund nicely I might add considering the situation was told they could not do that at this time. I would have given them zero stars but it wouldn’t allow me to. This is the second time I have experienced this type of unprofessionalism from this place they will not have a third chance. While I was waiting a second time there was a door dasher that had been waiting since the first time I came. Very bad look .
