Ordered a U-Haul from here. This was the worse experience I have ever had, upon arrival the business was closed. There were 2 American American men sitting out back that told me they are watch dogs for the property and that they have the keys and the only way they can give them to me is if the owner calls and verifies it, even though I had reservation available to show him on my phone. After canceling, reordering a new truck, and returning it I was extra charged 40 bucks for late return. I rented the truck for 24 hours and returned it within 8hours. Do NOT RENT FROM HERE EVER!
Clean this place up, inside and out! Staff should be wearing a mask when dealing with customers most importantly!
