Meant to leave my review for this Sylvia’s, not the other. Love this place, been going for 5 years and never had any issues. Just took about $30 worth of clothes the other day. I feel they’re fairly priced. I know some other places are cheaper but Sylvia’s is the happy medium of price and quality.

The staff is extremely friendly and always pleasant. I had dropped off my dry cleaning for a noon pickup the next day. Once my schedule changed and I needed it earlier they were so quick to help and accommodate my needs. They got my clothes ready within about an hour after I asked them if they could have it done earlier. I would recommend this cleaners to anyone.

My husband takes his work shirts and pants here. They do a good job. They offer pick up and delivery also. I guess we are old school rather drive out and pick up ourselves. Friendly staff. Clean place.

Sylvia’s has been picking up and delivering our dry cleaning every week for about 3 years now. We mainly use it for men’s dress shirts and pants and occasionally a comforter/bedspread. We haven’t had any issues and find the pick up and delivery very convenient and the drivers are always friendly.

This place is terrible. I brought in a black skirt that had stains on it. I asked the lady at the counter is she could check first to see if it could be cleaned and she came back and said yes. I picked up the skirt a week later and they charged me for the cleaning and I get the skirt home and the stains are still on the skirt. They gave me two other dresses like this. They had me pay for my clothes, but they were still dirty. If you are not able to clean the clothes just be honest and say that! I tried this place, because it was very close to home and the first few times they did an excellent job, but they are not professional and they lost one of my dresses!! My bill was 100.00 and they charged my card 1000.00! Yes they did call me back and told me it was a mistake, but who actually charges a persons card by 90 percent!!! I will NEVER go back here again. The clothes seem nice and clean at first, but when you get them home it’s a different story.
